roller coaster

Hello!
Sometimes lessons are a roller coaster: one minute everything is great and the minute after it's chaos and with luck and some strategies we can manage to find a way to make everything(or most of it) OK.


Por vezes as aulas são uma montanha russa: num minuto está tudo óptimo(participação espantosa, interesse e bom comportamento) e no outro minuto está tudo um caos.Com sorte e algumas estratégias conseguimos voltar atrás e fazer com que tudo(ou grande parte) fique bem de novo.

Days of the week song - 1ºB e 1ºC

Here's the song that 1ºB and 1ºC have learned this week.It would be nice if parents rehearse this song with kids or at least let them listen to it:)

Aqui fica a canção que os primeiros anos aprenderam esta semana,seria bom se os pais ensaiassem com as crianças ou apenas os deixassem ouvir a canção algumas vezes.:)

Starway to learning...about the family - 3ºB

Some days ago 3ºB and 3ºC created a mind map  about what they've learned about family ,in the shape of a  staircase. It's quite interesting, because it's just like the learning process, a constant staircase or a stairway:)

Há alguns dias o 3ºB e o 3ºC  criaram uma espécie de mapa mental ou "brainstorm" sobre o que aprenderam do tema família,isto na forma de uma escadaria. A forma é bastante interessante,na medida que o processo de aprendizagem é uma constante escada.:)

Ps: Alguns alunos depois da aula acrescentaram mais vocabulário à lista, algum dele já apreendido em temas anteriores,mas que pode sempre relacionar-se com este tema. Admirados com a quantidade de vocabulário que eles já conhecem?:)

I told this lovely story to 3ºB and as one of the following activities they've drawn some parts of the story.For the ones that don't know this story , this is about Charlie and Lola , the latter one a fussy eater that refuses to eat lots of things, but Charlie plays a trick on her...;)

Aqui está um conto adorável que contei ao 3ºB. Na sequência deste, os alunos desenharam partes importantes do conto. Para quem não conhece, este conto é sobre Charlie e Lola,sendo que a última é uma consumidora/comedora muito exigente,pois recusa-se a comer muitos alimentos, porém o Charlie vai pregar-lhe uma partida...;)

1ºB - Special flowers

Here's some special flowers made by hand of our little ones from 1ºB.
They've also learned the song "Skidamarink " which taught them simple vocabulary related to Valentine's day but also some vocabulary related to the parts of the day.

Aqui estão flores especiais feitas à mão, literalmente, pelos nossos pequeninos do 1º B.
Eles aprenderam a canção "Skidamarink" que inclui vocabulário muito simples relacionado com o dia de S.Valentim e também com as partes do dia.

Valentine's day, a day to celebrate love: love for family, for friends, for anyone that we care about.

Valentine's day - celebrate love

Valentine´s day is in four days, on 14th February and it's not Dia dos Namorados, but a day to celebrate love ,  love for a friend, a family member or anyone.


O dia de S.Valentim é já daqui a quatro dias e quis desmistificar a ideia de que é o dia dos namorados, não é isso que este dia comemora, mas sim o amor, amor por um amigo, por um membro da família, ou por outra pessoa a quem nos sentimos realmente ligados.
